Richarlison has arrived at Everton for medical ahead of his transfer to Everton. The 21-year-old Brazilian footballer who played for Watford last season is expected to move to Everton from Watford in a deal worth £44million.
Richarlison was spotted at the hospital, located on St Paul’s Square in Liverpool and is keen to add the finishing touches to his transfer from Watford.
The £44m fee includes an initial £35m payment and potential add-on payments based on his performances on Merseyside.
Watford who signed Richarlison for just £11.5m from Brazilian outfit Fluminense last summer will undoubtedly see this a remarkable profit.
Richarlison’s move to Everton must have been orchestrated by Marco Silva his former manager at Watford who has replaced Sam Allardyce at the Goodison Park.
Richarlison had a remarkable season at the Hornets last season scoring 5 in his first 12 games and also laying in some assists. He had since attracted interest from London based cubs Chelsea and Tottenham.
Richarlison looks set to be Everton’s first signing for the new season, and the club is also interested in bringing in Yerry Mina and Lucas Luca Digne from Barcelona as new sporting director Marcel Brands have travelled to Spain to finalise the deals.
Marco Silva will also attempt to convince Ademola Lookman to stay as he intends to join RB Leipzig as first-team opportunities remain lacking.
