Liverpool to Resume Signing of Aaron Ramsey

It appears that Liverpool will be resuming the signing of the Arsenal midfielder after a shocking decision by Unai Emery – the head coach of Arsenal football club – to halt talks about renewing the Welshman’s contract at Arsenal.

According to The Mirror, Jurgen Klopp – coach of the Liverpool football club – failed to persuade Aaron Ramsey in an attempt last to join the club last summer.

The current Arsenal player’s deal at the Emirates ends at the end of the season therefore leaving him to talk to other clubs.

This wouldn’t be the first time the German coach has had his eyes set on players from Arsenal Football Club. In the summer of 2017, the Liverpool coach managed to poach Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, the former Arsenal midfielder and also a player for the English team, who had been signed with the Emirates as a teenager.

The switch did little in settling the bad blood between both rival teams even more so when it inspired a change in form for the Englishman.

It appears that Ramsey is similarly hoping for this restoration as he eagerly anticipates leaving Arsenal. He says he is excited to work with Klopp.

The Welsh will remain at Emirates till the end of the season.
