Manchester United is still having defenders problems but one of their top targets has just taken a decision that will see the club back off from any attempt to sign him.
Harry Maguire has already committed his long-term future to LeicesterCity as he penned a new five-year contract to keep him with the Foxes till 2023.
The 25-year-old is believed to have signed a contract valued at £80,000 a week to end speculations of him joining the Old Trafford side.

The England international was happy to have extended his contract and told LCFCTV;
‘Ever since I came to this club, I’ve always reiterated how good they’ve been to me.
‘They gave me an opportunity to play in the Premier League and built a great platform for me to go and perform at the World Cup, so I thank them a lot. I owe them a lot and I’m looking forward to the future.’
Maguire was in action for England in their UEFA Nations League opener against Spain.
